No Bake Rice Krispie Granola Bars








             A nostalgic treat with a fun and tasty twist!

             Ingredients:                         Instructions:
             - 1 cup rice crispy cereal             1. Melt honey, almond butter, and oil in microwave

             - 1 cup quick oats                       until smooth.
             - ½ cup honey                          2. Pour over combined dry ingredients and stir until
             - ½ cup almond butter                    coated.
             - 1 tsp vanilla                        3. Spread into parchment paper or wax paper lined

             - 1 Tbs coconut oil                      9x13 pan.
             - ½ cup chopped almonds                4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
             - ¼ cup craisins                       5. Cut and serve.
             - ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

             - 1 Tbs espresso grounds





             Pecan Carrot Muffins

             Ingredients:                                   - ½ tsp cloves
             - ¾ cup almond flour                           - 2 bananas (mashed)
             - ½ cup flour                                  - 1 Tbs honey

             - ½ cup wheat germ                             - 1 Tbs maple syrup
             - ¼ cup flax seed                              - 1 Tbs coconut oil
             - 1 tsp baking soda                            - ¼ cup apple sauce

             - 1 tsp baking powder                          - 2 eggs
             - Dash of salt                                 - 1 tsp vanilla
             - 1 tsp cinnamon                               - 1 cup shredded carrots

             - 1/2 tsp nutmeg                               - ½ cup pecans
             - ½ tsp cloves                                 - ½ cup walnuts

             Instructions:
               1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
               2. Prepare 12-16 muffin cups.

               3. In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
               4. In a small bowl, combine wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients.
               5. Mix until combined but DO NOT overmix. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.

               6. Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown.
