Creamy Cajun Coleslaw



                Coleslaw makes for a refreshing vegetable side. Sometimes it can be loaded
                down with a lot of mayonnaise. This coleslaw variation is light but full of
                flavor.

                Ingredients for coleslaw:                 Instructions for coleslaw:
                - half a head of red cabbage                1. Clean and shred the veggies.
                - half a head of green                      2. Combine everything in a bowl, mix
                cabbage                                       well.
                - 3 large carrots                           3. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
                - 1/2 red onion                               Serve cold.

                - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
                - 1/2 cup low fat mayo
                - 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
                - 1 Tbs Worcestershire
                sauce
                - 1/2 Tbs spicy mustard
                - 1-2 Tbs Cajun seasoning
                - 1 Tbs hot sauce
                - 2 tsp sugar
