Hummus
This is a great dip for vegetables or pita chips. It also pairs well on top of
chicken breast, in salads, on sandwiches, or in wraps.
Ingredients: Directions:
- 2 cans of chick peas, drained
- 3-4 cloves garlic 1. Combine all ingredient into food
- Juice of 1-2 lemons (per taste) processor and process until smooth.
- ¼ cup tahini 2. Add 1 Tbs of water, if needed, to obtain a
- 3-4 Tbs olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin smooth consistency.
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
Guacamole
Enjoy with fresh vegetables or tortilla chips. It also goes well with
toast, sandwiches, wraps, or salad.
