11. Find  a  point  of  contact.  Working  as  the  font  office
                               agents  is  not  only  getting  things  done,  but  more

                               importantly is maintaining a good  relationship with the
                               guests.  It  is  important  to  always  find  ways  to  make  a

                               conversation and establish a point of connection with the

                               guests. The front staff can compliments the guests, such
                               as when  you like someone’s earrings or they’re wearing a

                               sweatshirt  with  your  college  logo  on  it,  the  front  office
                               can tell them by saying “wow, that earrings  look suit on

                               you. Complimenting people is a great way to strike up a

                               conversation and establish a point of connection. It’s also
                               a way of making them feel good.

                           12. Provide  memorable  last  impression.  When  the  guest
                               will leave the hotel, the front office staff express gratitude

                               to  the  guest  for  choosing  the  hotel  and  for  their  stay.

                               He/she then asks about their overall satisfaction with the
                               check-in  process  and  address  any  concerns  or  issues

                               raised.  The  staff  also  can  provide  a  contact  number  or
                               name  of  a  staff  member  to  reach  out  to  in  case  of  any

                               further assistance required. Wish the guest a pleasant stay
                               and express a desire to serve them again in the future

                        Applying the above tips is important to create good impressions

                        to the guests. The way they are greeted can provide great results.
                        The ways the front office welcome and greet the guests can affect

                        the guests’ satisfaction and can be a mouth to mouth promotion
                        for  the  guests.  When  the  front  office  can  meet  the  guests’
