                        A  Front  Desk  Representative  is  a  professional  who  is  the  first

                        point  of  contact  for  all  customers  of  in  a  hotel.  When  a  guest
                        arrives in  a  hotel,  he/she  will  be  welcomed and  greeted  by the

                        front  desk  agent.  The  way  the  front  office  staff  welcomes  and
                        greets  the  guest  brings  is  very  important  because  it  is  the  first

                        point  of  onsite  contact.  The  staff  should  create    good  first
                        impressions for the guest.

                        To  be  able  to  create  good  impressions  for  the  guests  on  the

                        guests’ arrival, the front office should consider the following tips.
                           1.  Dress  to  impress.  Since  first  impressions  are  so

                               important,  it  is  important  that the  front desk  agents  pay

                               much attention on his/her grooming. The staff wears clean
                               and  ironed  uniform.  Use  visible    nametag.  Use  mild
