                         Front Desk       Good evening! How can I assist you?

                         Walk-In Guest   I  know  it's  late,  but  I've  had  some  travel
                                          delays, and I need a room for tonight.
                         Front Desk       No problem, we understand. We have a late-
                         Agent            night  check-in  process.  May  I  have  your
                                          name, please?
                         Walk-In Guest   It's Sarah Johnson.
                         Front Desk       Thank you, Ms. Johnson. We do have a room
                         Agent            available for you. Could I see your ID and a
                                          credit card for incidentals, please?
                         Walk-In Guest   Sure, here you go.
                         Front Desk       Thank  you,  Ms.  Johnson.  I'll  quickly  check
                         Agent            you in.
                                         [After processing the check-in]
                         Front Desk       Here's your room key, Ms. Johnson. You're in
                         Agent            room 312. If you need anything, please don't
                                          hesitate  to  call  the  front  desk.  Have  a  good

                                             available.
                         Front Desk Agent   Of course, we can check that for you. May I
                                             have your name and reservation details?
                         Walk-In Guest       It's David Anderson.
                         Front Desk Agent   Thank you, Mr. Anderson. Let me see what
                                             we can do for you. Ah, we do have a suite
                                             available.  Would  you  like  to  upgrade  to
                                             that?
                         Walk-In Guest       Yes, that sounds wonderful.
