7.Ask and explain the guest deposit
                        Before moving to step of payment, usually the receptionist will
                        ask and also explain about the deposit amount and purpose of
                        the deposit. This deposit has a purpose as the guarantee of the
                        reservation, as the guarantee if any items are damaged. This
                        deposit  depends  on  hotel  regulation.  This  deposit  will  be
                        returned to the guest if there is no problem occur during their
                        stay. This will be done when the check-out time.

                        8.Asking method of payment and finishing the payment
                        The  next  step  is  payment.  After  everything  is  clear,  the
                        registration process will move to step of payment. The guest
                        can pay the bill by credit card or cash depends on the hotel and
                        guest availability.

                        9.Give the guest key of the room and explain the rules of
                        the room briefly.
                        In  this  stage,  the  receptionist  will  give  the  key  of  the  room
                        after  the  guest  finishing  the  payment.  Usually,  there  are  2
                        kinds of key, electronic key card and manual key. Besides that,
                        the  receptionist  also  explains  the  rules  of  room  briefly  by
                        giving  a  brochure  and  in  another  way,  the  rules  already
                        available in their room.

                        10.Offering another help
                        In  the  ten  stage  of  handling  check  in  walk  in  guest,  the
                        receptionist will offer another help if there is anything else that
                        is not clear yet or if the guest needs some information about
                        something. There will be additional payment if the guest needs
                        another thing apart from the reservation, for example help the
                        guest to prepare a flower bucket, special dinner, etc.
