                        Work in groups. Discuss the following questions.

                           1.  How  do  staff  greet  and  approach  walk-in  guests  to
                               provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival?
                           2.  What  information  and  identification  should  the  staff
                               collect from walk-in guests during the check-in process,
                               and how can we make this process efficient?
