“Sir, the carriage is ready to leave”, said the
coachman.
“Good”, replied M. Stuart.
He turned to a household, Marguerite. She was
trustworthy and she manifested a lot of
companionship to the family. Looking straight in her
eyes, he said:
“Please Marguerite, stay with my wife and my
daughter until my return. I have to fix an old
business.”
“Don’t worry sir. I will be with them wherever they
will be.”
Looking around her like to be sure to not be
overheard, she drew near to M. Stuart and
whispered: “I know what M. Seward had done. He
hates you since the beginning and he wants to blight
your family. Elizabeth’s soul is always here and she
also hates you. If you want to destroy her, find M.
Seward and … kill him”
