can do a free personal values assessment. He ended with the message “Whether you are the future
of humanity depends on the evolutionary woman”.

She feels very happy to be part of the World Values Community
during these years and also to have the opportunity organizing the
international conference with such beautiful soul people. She has
enjoyed every year organizing different activities with her great
organization team.

The first year of WVD activity in Albania started on 2018 when the subject was “Gratitude” and
the initiative “I value My Country”. In each year they have organized different activities. She said:
“The goal was to make a difference in people's lives based on values and push them to think how
they can live their life based on their goodness that exists within them. Because in a way we do
not know, which is the best of us that exists within us. We and many of us only know the outside
and give more importance to appearance. People see this, but we do not care what they do not see.
That's the best. I have learned many things from the books, seminars, platforms of international
leader Richard Barrett and we have being inspired during the years to improve our activities
holding during World Values Day which has have an impact in Albania but mentioned also the
great support from Charles too.

The subject of the second World Values Day conference organized by “ALVA” last year was
"Values & Wellbeing" and the initiative was "I Value Women, Girls". The organization started
this initiative because Ms. Perja said, - “We need to support women. Women need to support each
other. First, I'm a woman. It is not about to say who you are, referring to initiative “I Value
Women”, but it is the first thing a woman should say to herself, "I value myself." This is the first
step we need to do, to say to ourselves. Part of ALVA’s objectives is people to return back on their
values, to think and grow based on their best values. Because we have forgotten to live every day
fluently.

We have forgotten ourselves. We have also participated in different protests as it is for women's
rights, against women violence etc. At the last protest many Albanian artists participated showed
that together we can go faster, to achieve our goals, to improve our life in community, society, etc.
Even in these various difficulties, moments we are going through, we can try to find the sun and
the sunrises that exist within us. We also have our installation where we show why we value
women, and why a woman must be evaluated, where her value is and where her strength lies. It is
not just to say that we are women, and have values but we as women can change the world together
with the man. We don't have to wait for the others to appreciate us or evaluate us. It is in the
moment when you know your value. You don't wait for the others to appreciate you but you try to
