Ms. Nadja Dragovic
Program Manager at “Fund for Active Citizenship - FAKT”
Montenegro
Ms. Dragovic thanked for the courtly invitation Ms. Perja. She
started her short story telling, by a beautiful news that she was
pregnant. She continued further: “As Richard said, I am here in
behalf of fun practice citizenship. And it's in indigenous civil
society grant making foundations next into program areas, building
capacities for participation, through support the civil society
organizations in order to participate in community development and philanthropy development
through promotion and developing philanthropy, behavior and practices. At the heart of fact, is the
idea that local people and groups are the best place to respond to local challenges. Let me talk
about the situation of COVID-19. In the pandemic, it is obvious that actually present date

empathy through reflective listening of silent human needs. In the span of only three. For a few

everything has seemed hopeless, in a lock down or fun of the municipality and municipalities in
Montenegro, actually the one that is unprivileged. Three sparks of light have shone brighter than

People need to be constantly reminded that the answer to our problems is solidarity, as it seems to
be more important than ever to work towards a diverse and inclusive society. We are all human
beings who essentially want the same things: acceptance, love, equality and peace. Without
concerted effort of values, the hinge, unfortunately may swing backward rather than forward.”
