b) To operate outside business, solicit money for personal purposes, or to otherwise act for
                              financial gain – this includes running online auctions.
                          c) To download software, articles, or other printed materials inappropriate in the workplace
                              and may violate copyright laws.
                          d) To read, open, or download any file from the internet without first screening that file for
                              viruses using the School’s virus detection software.

                      4.10 INTERNET USE IS NOT PRIVATE

                       The School reserves the right to monitor personnel use of the internet at any time, to ensure
               compliance with the policy. You should not expect that your use of the internet – including but not limited
               to the websites you visit, the amount of time you spend online, and the communications you have – will
               be private.

                      4.11     SOFTWARE USE

                       It is the school’s policy to use licensed software only in accordance with the terms of its license
               agreement. Violating license agreement is not only unethical – it is also illegal and can subject the School
               criminal prosecution and substantial monetary penalties.
                       Personnel should not do any of the following without permission from the System Management
               Office;
                           • Make a copy of any School software program, for any reason.
                           • Install a School software program on a home computer.
                           • Install a personal software program (that is, software owned by the personnel) on any
                              School computer.
                       The School may audit School-owned computers at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

               Section 5      ENDING EMPLOYMENT

                       Ending the employment relationship can be difficult for management and personnel alike. The
               management’s goal is to keep operations of the School running smoothly as personnel come and go. The
               Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools (RMRPS) and the Labor Code of the Philippines
               provides the following as reference to this policy.

                          5.1  TERMINATION

                       In accordance with Section 76 of the RMRPS, school personnel under permanent or probationary
               status may be removed, reduced in salary, or suspended without pay for the following causes:

                       1) Dishonesty, fraud, or willful breach of the trust reposed in him by the school through its
                              duly constituted authorities;

                       2) Oppression, or commission of a crime against the person of school officials, students, or
                              any other component elements therein;
                       3)     Misconduct which directly or indirectly affects the integrity of the school;
                       4)     Neglect of duty, or inefficiency;
                       5)     Notoriously disgraceful or immoral conduct;
                       6) Violation of Reasonable school rules, or willful disobedience of a reasonable order of the
