1.1    SERVICE INCENTIVE LEAVE

                              Every  permanent/tenured  teaching  personnel  who  has  rendered  at  least  one  year  of
                       service is entitled to a yearly service incentive leave (SIL) of five (5) days credits with pay. One (1)
                       day leave will be added for every year of service until it reaches the maximum of 15-day leave (see
                       schedule below).

                              As a general rule, ICC administrators, heads and supervisors regulates the schedule of the
                       service incentive leave (SIL) of its regular personnel, they may approve or deny any SIL request
                       depending  on  the  needs  of  the  office/s.  ICC  compels  all  personnel  who  enjoy  the  benefits  to
                       exhaust all their leave credits within a year.

                       1.2    SICK LEAVE

                              All  permanent/tenured  teacher  shall  be  entitled  to  Sick  Leave  (SL)  credits  with  pay  for
                       every calendar year of continuous service in accordance with the schedule below.

                       1.3    MATERNITY LEAVE

                              Any  pregnant  woman  employee  who  has  worked  with  the  Institution  for  at  least  six
                       months will be granted a maternity leave of at least two weeks prior to her due date (expected
                       date of delivery), and the remaining weeks under the provision of the Expanded Maternity Leave
                       Law of 2017 that provides 105 days of paid maternity leave to working mothers after regardless
                       of whether she gave birth via caesarian section or natural delivery/normal delivery or miscarriage
                       with full pay based on her regular salary.

                              The  Maternity  Leave  benefit  is  effective  up  to  the  first  four  deliveries  of  the  woman
                       employee working in the company.
