1.4    PATERNITY LEAVE

                              The R.A No. 8187, or Paternity Leave Act of 1996, grants seven days of fully paid leave to
                       married fathers. The Expanded Maternity Leave Law of 2017 provides 105 days of paid maternity
                       leave  to  working  mothers  which  allows  the  allocation of seven  maternity  leave days  to  fathers.
                       This increases paternity leave days of working men to 14 days from the current seven days. This is
                       effective up to the first four deliveries of the legitimate spouse.

                       1.5    PARENTAL LEAVE FOR SOLO PARENTS, or SOLO PARENTING LEAVE (SPL)

                              Seven (7) days leave with pay for every year of service, on top of other leave privileges,
                       e.g. Maternity or Paternity Leave.

                       1.6    SPECIAL LEAVE BENEFITS FOR WOMEN

                              This  entitles  women  who  underwent  surgery  due  to  gynecological  disorders  to  two
                       months’ leave with full pay, as stipulated in R.A. 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women. This applies
                       to employees who have rendered at least six months of service with the Institution.

                              On the other hand, victims of violence against women, as stipulated in R.A. 9262 or the
                       Anti-Violence against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, are entitled to 10 days leave with
                       full pay.

               Section 2       MANDATORY GOVERNMENT BENEFITS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

                              The following government contribution will be automatically deducted from employees
                       based on their salary, with the following benefits:

                       2.1    SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS) Benefits

                              Covered employees are entitled to a package of benefits under the Social Security and
                       Employees' Compensation (EC) Programs in the event of death, disability, sickness, maternity
                       and old age.

                              The  SSS  provides  for  a  replacement  of  income  lost  on  account  of  the  aforementioned
                       contingencies. The benefits under the Social Security Program are:
                                   •  Sickness                         •  Death
                                   •  Maternity                        •  Funeral
                                   •  Retirement                       •  Unemployment
                                   •  Disability

                              Based  on  the  standard  amount  prescribed  for  each  range  of  the  amount  of  monthly
                       wages, the prescribed social security rate (12% for 2019 and will be gradually increased up to 15%
                       by 2025) is paid both by the employer and employee at the prescribed rate [*]. Also, 10 pesos is
                       additionally borne as the employees compensation (fixed amount; provided, however, that this 30
                       pesos  when  the  standard  amount  is  a  monthly  amount  of  15,000  pesos  or  more)  only  by  the
