D.  Closure or Cessation of operations
                              Phasing  out,  closure  or  cessation  of  an  educational  program,  or  the  school  itself
               automatically terminates all related employment.

                       E.  Other just and authorized causes enumerated in the Labor Code of the Philippines.

                       5.2    RETIREMENT

                       Immaculadian employee upon reaching the age of sixty (60) years or more, but not beyond sixty-
               five (65) years which is hereby declared the compulsory retirement age, who has served at least five (5)
               years in the said establishment, may retire and shall be entitled to retirement pay equivalent to at least
               one-half (1/2) month salary for every year of service, a fraction of at least six (6) months being considered
               as one whole year.

                       5.3    SEPARATION FOR REDUNDANCY

                       In case a position is declared redundant, and the transfer of personnel to another position cannot
                be implemented, the same package for compulsory retirement shall be given to the affected personnel.

                       5.4    SEPARATION FOR TOTAL DISABILITY / INCAPACITY

                      In case of total disability and incapacity to continue working, the personnel shall be allowed to opt
                for early retirement to be paid based on the maximum optional retirement benefits.

                       5.5    FINAL PAYCHECK

                       Personnel who have ended their employment will received their final pay check within a minimum
                of three (3) weeks after completing clearance from various offices and have signed a Quit Claim with our
                Human Resource Office.


                       UPON TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT, THE EMPLOYEE SHALL PROMPTLY ACCOUNT FOR,
                RETURN,  AND  DELIVER  TO  THE  EMPLOYER  AT  THE  EMPLOYER’S  MAIN  OFFICE,  HIS/HER  I.D.
                CARDS,  CODE  OF  CONDUCT  MANUAL,  EMPLOYEE  HANDBOOK  AND  ALL  THE  EMPLOYER’S

                PROPERTY, WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED OR ENTRUSTED TO HIS/HER CARE OR CUSTODY.

                                                          BENEFITS

               Section 1      LEAVE BENEFITS

                              While sick leave and vacation leave benefits are not specifically stated under the law, it
                       stipulates  that  private  employees  are  allowed  to  provide  employees  a  yearly  Service  Incentive
                       Leave (SIL) of five days with pay. This applies to employees with work tenure of at least one year
                       within the company.
