SECTION 6 OTHER SCHOOL SPONSORED BENEFITS and PRIVILEGES
6.1 PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Coverage(s) – Accidental Death/Disablement, Unprovoked Murder and Assault,
Accident Medical Reimbursement, Accident Burial Benefit, Daily Hospital Income
(Accident).
6.2 EMPLOYEE HOUSING DISCOUNT
All Immaculada Concepcion College employees who rendered at least one year of
service can avail a Php1,000.00 discount of house rental at the VMP Townhouses.
6.3 FREE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
Instructional materials used in teaching (e.g. lesson plans, class records, sign
pens) are given free to the teachers at the start of the school year. Other supplies related
to instruction may be secured after filing of the necessary requisition forms duly noted by
the immediate Supervisor and approved by the Executive Vice President.
6.4 ASSISTANCE for LET REVIEW
The Institutional Development Program of the Immaculada Concepcion College
assists the Non-Licensed faculty member by giving them the chance to enroll at a review
center which will be shouldered by the Institutions. This will give them the chance to take
the Board Exam well equipped and knowledgeable.
6.5 CHRISTMAS GIFT
Gifts in cash or in kind are given to employees during Christmas. It is not a
demandable and an enforceable obligation and is discretionary on the part of the Board
of Directors.
6.6 SEMESTRAL BREAK, CHRISTMAS BREAK, and HOLY WEEK BREAK
All employees, regardless of status and position, will enjoy the Semestral,
Christmas, and Holy Week break with pay, in lieu of overtime work rendered by the
employee during school activities, i.e. graduation day, foundation week, reading of
grades, recognition day, and other school-wide activities.

AWARDS & RECOGNITION
Section 1 PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARD
This is an annual recognition to be awarded by the Administration to an employee who
has not incurred any absence and tardiness for every school year.
