4.2 WRITTEN REPRIMAND
A formal written notice calling the employee’s attention to the offenses he/she has
committed with a warning of a more severe penalty/ies in case of repetition of the same or the
commission of a similar offense in the future. A copy of this written reprimand shall be filed in
the employee’s 201 file.
4.3 SUSPENSION
A disciplinary action for violation of these Implementing Rules of Conduct where an
employee is disallowed to report for work for a specified number of working days, depending on
the gravity or frequency of the offense. During the period of suspension, the employee shall not
be entitled to his salary.
4.4 DISMISSAL FROM SERVICE/TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
An involuntary separation from service due to just cause. An employee who is dismissed
from service for just cause automatically forfeits all the benefits and privileges. This penalty shall
be imposed without prejudice to whatever legal action the School may take against the
employee.
4.5 RESTITUTION OR REPARATION OF DAMAGE CAUSED
In addition to the appropriate penalty, in cases involving misappropriation of funds; or
loss of, or damage to school property, the offender will be required to replace or pay such funds
misappropriated; or property lost or damaged. In cases involving physical injuries or death, the
offender will be required to shoulder all expenses incurred by the aggrieved party, his family
and/or his heirs.
4.6 LIST OF UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR
The following offenses shall constitute unacceptable conduct and behavior which, when
assumed, committed or adopted by employees, shall be meted out with the corresponding
penalties. The term “days” in the table shall mean working days.

Rationale: Every employee shall be guided with the highest degree of mutual respect, honesty and
integrity in dealing with other employees and with the School.

1. Insubordination:
1.a Refusal to perform a duty as required by authority;
1.b Refusal to perform an assigned task related to his job Suspension for a period of 1 day to 30 days, or
description or demanded by business exigencies; termination if so warranted, depending on the
gravity of the offense.
1.c Any defiance of authority;
1.d Any act of willful disobedience to his Supervisor for so
long as nothing immoral, dishonest or improper is
required of the employee.
