of great help - is a calm and composed mind. To develop a calm and
                composed mind you do not need more than an hour. Try and
                meditate, try and pray to God. Recite a mantra you like, which has

                the power to settle you down. You should not think that this is a
                waste of time. This is a great investment- and it is going to pay rich
                dividends.

                When you spend an entire day in tension and stress, or in
                depression, it is better that you spend at least an hour training your
                mind to settle down. Your mind is calm when you wake up in the
                morning; you must take a shower and sit down for at least an hour

                and try to control your thoughts. You will get a balance in your life, no
                one will be able to disturb your mind or instigate you easily. The
                feelings of anger, jealousy, attraction and ego will disappear
                gradually. You will experience an infinite energy within yourself.
                People will question you, “From where do you bring so much

                energy?” Your health will be better, your memory and concentration
                power will increase, and there will be an overall increase in positive
                thoughts. You can get all this only by meditating and that too free of
                cost.

                You must never be hesitant to spend time on something that can
                make you better. You should not think that you will run out of time if

                you practice something which is beneficial for you. You anyway
                waste a lot of time in your day by thinking about things that do not
                matter. Whenever you sit down to study there is a flurry of thoughts
                that disturbs you. Even a single petty wrong thought makes you
                disappointed and your anxiety and tension about future doesn’t let
                you relax. A certain kind of fear develops inside you; and due to this

                you start avoiding people as well. From outside you look absolutely
                fine, but you are so frightened from inside that you are anxious and
                afraid all the time. Anxiety tends to adversely affect your physical as
                well as mental well-being.

                I have observed that, young people in today’s world think that it is
                very cool to show that they do not believe in God. They feel happy to

                describe themselves as atheists. These youngsters want to
