your confidence, you will see that your depression has decreased,
and you are less concerned about the future. Why? Because you
have completed the target which you had set for yourself. When you

can finish your target for a day, then you can also complete the same
for a week, and then the same for the month. Who is stopping you?
Those who move ahead by setting up and achieving small targets
can study more happily and effectively.

Remember: Rest days enable you to run stronger and faster. You
have to run in order to catch your train at the last minute. But if you
are at your seat and the train leaves the platform, all you can do is to

relax. Because you cannot reach your destination if you run inside
the train compartment. If you run inside the train, you are doing
nothing but wasting your energy and fooling yourself.

Let us imagine a scenario in which you have to drive to a location

somewhere in the mountains. How are the mountainous regions
generally? To get anywhere you will have to drive for 2-3 hours, the
roads are full of twists and turns, and there are steep valleys. But is
there anyone who can get to the location by driving fast? No, nobody
can. If you drive too fast on the circular roads of the mountain, there
is a big possibility that you may fall into the valleys. This is why you
will have to act intelligently, control your speed and motion and apply

brakes when needed. You should study like you are driving on the
mountain roads. There is no need for a lot of velocity here. ‘A proper
strategy, the right mindset and consistency will make you win the
                race.’
If you will set big, impossible targets on a daily basis you may be
able to achieve them all for a while, but very soon you will lose your

vigor and enthusiasm, and you will feel exhausted.

No question paper is very tough. If you go back and check question
papers of last 10 years, you will find that the difficulty level has been
average. If there are 200 questions, then there are about four to five
questions whose answers no one would probably know. But if you
take a look at the other questions, you will find it to be moderate.

Such papers do not have the cut-off margin of more than 60 to 65
