"There were still the periods of darkness, the spasms of panic; but
now he knew they were not real and because he knew this he
                overcame them."―V.S. Naipaul

                Chapter 16
                Importance of Daily Routine

“You will never change your life until you change something you do
daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.”-
                John C. Maxwell

Learning style vary from student to student. There is no one- size-
fits- all approach when it comes to tailoring studying methods for
students. Every student has his own way of learning and he knows
what suits him the best. Some people can study efficiently during

day time, some burn the midnight oil, and some wake up very early
in the morning to study. Some students study and memorize by
writing things down, some read it aloud, some can study for long
hours, while some need a break after every 30-45 minutes. This is
why I will not be able to tell a perfect routine that works fine for all
students. But I will be able to tell you a unique method through which
you will be able to determine whether the number of hours and shifts

you are putting in to study are sufficient and good enough for you or
                not.

Let us first talk about hard work. Many a time we get disturbed and
sad with our exam results. Students usually come up with two kinds
of explanations in such scenarios: either they claim that they did a lot

of hard work but still failed, or they say that they did not work hard
enough. Those in the second category are fine—they know where
