        Diversified will not allow any form of retaliation against individuals who raise issues of equal employment opportunity. To
        ensure that our workplace is free of artificial barriers, violation of this policy will lead to corrective action, up to and including
        termination of employment.

        Any concerns or violations of this Equal Employment Opportunity Policy must be reported immediately to management or
        to a member of the PeopleTeam.


        BUSINESS ETHICS
        The successful business operation and reputation of Diversified is built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct
        of our  employees. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful  observance of the spirit  and letter of  all
        applicable laws and regulations, as well as attention to the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

        The continued success of Diversified is dependent upon our customers' trust, and we are dedicated to preserving that trust.
        As employees,  we owe a  duty to Diversified and its  customers to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and
        confidence of the public.

        In general, the use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles, will guide you with respect to lines of acceptable
        conduct. If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be directed to
        your immediate supervisor or any member of the PeopleTeam for advice and consultation.

        Compliance with this policy of business ethics and conduct is the responsibility of every Diversified employee. Disregarding
        or failing to comply with the following list could lead to corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.

            •   You are advised to be courteous and thoughtful with all customers, co-workers, business contacts and competitors.

            •   You may not solicit, request or accept any gratuity, kickback or special favors from vendors, agencies, suppliers or
               contractors of Diversified other than standard manufacturer programs and special promotions that are preapproved
               by Diversified.
            •   Gifts (not cash) of a nominal value may be accepted when such have not been solicited and are not being made in
               return for any special consideration.
            •   You may not utilize for personal use any company vehicles, premises or facilities owned or supplied by
               vendors, suppliers or contractors of the corporation.
            •   Customer entertainment and/or gifts to customers should always be in good taste, modest and not of a character
               or amount that can influence the customer's independent decision-making process.
            •   Discussions,  meetings or  arrangements with competitors on  any subject that could  possibly be  in violation  of
               antitrust laws are prohibited.


        IMMIGRATION LAW COMPLIANCE
        Diversified is committed to employing only United States citizens and aliens who are authorized to work in the United States
        and does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of citizenship or national origin.
        In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, each new employee, as a condition of employment,
        must complete the Employment  Eligibility  Verification, Form I-9, and present  documentation establishing identity and
        employment eligibility within the first three (3) days of employment. If this documentation is not provided within this period,
        the employee is subject to mandatory unpaid time off until documentation is provided. If documentation is not provided,
