PTO Policy
• Starting with the 2022 grant on November 1, 2021, employees will have access to their full grant PTO, with
manager approval, even if time is not yet accrued. Review Paid Time Off – Non-Sales.
Referral Bonus
• Referral Bonus Policy and amount(s) have been updated. $3,000 for internal employees who refer an
applicant for Field Service Tech, Project Manager, or Field Engineer Position. $1,500 for internal
employees who refer an applicant to fill any other position. Review Employee Referrals.
