DIVERSIFIED EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
EMPLOYMENT AT WILL
Employment with Diversified is voluntarily entered into, and any employee is free to resign at will at any time, with or
without cause. Similarly, Diversified may terminate the employment relationship at will at any time, with or without notice
or cause, so long as there is no violation of applicable federal or state law.
Policies set forth in this handbook are not intended to create either a contract, nor are they to be construed to constitute
contractual obligations of any kind or a contract of employment between Diversified and any of its employees. The
provisions of the handbook have been developed at the discretion of management and may be amended or canceled
at any time, at Diversified's sole discretion.
These provisions supersede all existing policies and practices and may not be amended or added to without the express
written approval of the CEO or SVP of the PeopleTeam.
OPEN DOOR
Diversified believes in the principles of Radical Transparency, Open Communication and Collaboration. If you or any
other employee has concerns about your working environment, you are strongly encouraged to voice these concerns
openly and directly to your supervisor or any member of the PeopleTeam.

Selection of staff for hiring and promotion is based on such factors as education, experience, proven skills, initiative,

Diversified will make reasonable accommodations for the known physical or mental disabilities of an otherwise qualified
applicant or employee unless an undue hardship would result. Any applicant or employee who requires accommodation in
the hiring process or to perform the essential functions of a job should contact the PeopleTeam to advise them of what
accommodation is believed to be needed.
Diversified will cooperate with federal, state or local government agencies regarding compliance with employment laws, and
will furnish reports, records and other materials as requested to foster the program of equal opportunity for all people.
