For late enrollees, until when can they
comply with pending requirements?
Ideally, late enrollees are expected to comply with the
requirements within the duration of audit tutorials. This
means that the subject teacher should give the list of
assessment/s and the expected output/s on the first
day of the audit tutorial. If time will not be enough, the
subject teacher and student can have an internal
agreement on when the pending requirements should
be submitted but not more than a month after the last
day of the audit tutorial.
In what instances do advisers coordinate
with Subject Teachers regarding
requirements of the students?
Coordination should be done both ways. Subject Teachers
should inform the Class Advisers of students’ current academic
status, update the monitoring sheet, and give feedback on
class behavior.
What grade should be given to students
who dropped in the middle of the term
without completing the requirements
needed and assessments?
The grade that will be given is “Poor,” which is equivalent to
74% or lower.
