                                                                        Until when can a regular student

                                                                        comply with pending requirements?





                                                                        All students are required to work on the requirements
                                                                        during synchronous and asynchronous class to avoid
                                                                        delays and problems at the end of the term. For those

                                                                        who will not be able to finish it within the term, they will
                                                                        receive an INC grade until they comply with the pending

                                                                        requirements within the prescribed period.











           What grade should be encoded for

           students with INC grade?



           The grade that will be encoded is -1 (INC)







           What will happen to students with INC

           Grade?

           For each term, completion should be done NOT later

           than the first month of each of the succeeding term.
           For the third term, completion should be done during

           Extended Academic Year (EAY) for graduating students
           and during the completion of requirements week for
           non-graduating students.
