Vision Coverage

Your vision plan covers routine eye exams and also pays for all or a portion of the
cost of glasses or contact lenses if you need them. This benefit is provided by
Guardian and utilizes the VSP network. You may go to any eye doctor, however
by visiting a doctor in the VSP network, you will usually pay less.

Finding a Vision Provider

Step 1. Visit www.guardiananytime.com, and click “What we offer”. Click, “Vision Insurance”
Step 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Click “Find a Provider” and fill out the form. Your vision provider is VSP, and network is VSP Network (Signature Plan).
Step 3. You can also refine your SEARCH by number of providers, gender, and language spoken.
