Vision Plan

You may elect vision care coverage, which provides affordable, quality vision care nationwide
through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Although vision care services and supplies are covered
in-network and out-of-network, your benefits are generally greater when you use in-network
providers. Visit VSP for provider information.

New for 2022

LightCare: Members without a need for prescription eyewear can use their LightCare benefit to purchase ready-made non-
prescription blue light filtering glasses or ready-made non-prescription sunglasses. When selecting this option, both the frame
and lens benefits will be exhausted.

Walmart/Sam’s Club: In addition to other retail chain partners like Costco or Visionworks, Walmart/Sam’s Club will now be
available. Please inquire directly at your local Walmart/Sam’s Club for their special pricing and discounts.
