Nazarovskoe GMNU will perform unique work

on the repair of the German rotary complex

Nazarovskoye Mining and Installation Commissioning LLC,
a service company of the Siberian Coal Energy Company in the
Krasnoyarsk Territory, will perform a set of unique works on the repair
of the SRs (K) - 4000 rotary-overburden excavator at the Nazarovsky
open-pit mine. The giant machine of the German manufacturer
TAKRAF is the only one in Russia and is one of the main ones in the
coal mining technology at the enterprise.

" The work is very difficult," says Alexander
Pasechnik, chief mechanic of the Nazarovsky
mine. "We have held a lot of consultations with
the manufacturer SRs (K) - 4000, the specialists
of the TAKRAF company, our partners from the
Nazarovo State Medical University, an enterprise
with extensive experience and highly professional
engineering staff, carry out the work. The technology
was developed, and at the beginning of December,
    we jointly started repairs."
At present, the elements of the rotor boom of hoist winch are being dismantled. The
difficulty lies in the fact that everything happens at an altitude of over 40 meters. After the new
components are prepared in the shops of the GMNU, their installation will begin.

                                                                                                    Nazarov GMNU
