A feature developed by the IMS is that it is capable of transmitting information not only via
a wired, but also wirelessly, using ZigBee or WiFi interfaces for this, and the use of a battery pack
allows you to achieve the greatest flexibility in configuring the IMS. The developed IMS includes
the following analog components (see Fig. 1): current and voltage sensors (7), vibration sensor
(4) and a matching device (6). In this case, the matching device includes a charge amplifier
with a gain of 1 mV / pC, low and high pass filters (LPF and HPF) with tunable bandwidth. Table
2 shows the main characteristics of the sensors used.
The cutting parameter control function is implemented as follows: 1) free M-functions are
programmed in the CNC system to intercept a signal carrying information about the required
feed or rotation speed from an external device (in this case, USO) and are assigned to the free
