Quality
Education
Education is vital to cultivating both intellect and imagination, and
constitutes a core aspect of one’s self-respect and capacity to contribute
to society. The aim of the present goal is to secure the prospect of
imparting quality and equal education while endorsing the notion of
equal learning opportunities for all. This would be carried out through
quality education which aspires to endorse and cultivate values of
sustainability within the framework of gender-based equality.

4.1 Safeguarding the completion of free primary and secondary education
by 2030, ensuring this meets recognized standards of quality and equality.
4.2 Ensuring equal access to quality pre-primary education for very young
children, providing a bridge to school-based education.
4.3 Providing equal and affordable access to tertiary, technical, and vocational
education.
