13.1 Climatic resilience - strengthening the durability and abilities adapted to
dangers relating to the climate and natural disasters in all countries.
13.2 Developing a national strategy for coping with climate change – adopting
metrics of climate change into policy, strategies and national planning.
13.3 Increasing awareness of the subject – increasing awareness and education
for the importance of reducing climate change by people and institutes,
considering adaptation, mitigation and early warning approaches.
13a Implementation of commitment - implementation of the commitment of
developed countries to transfer 100 billion dollars to developing countries with
the aim of assisting them in promoting the subject.
13b Promoting mechanisms for coping with climate change, for effective
planning and management of climate change in developing countries, involving
a range of communities.
