Meanwhile, I have continued media blasting,
scraping, scrubbing, and painting various
engine and chassis parts to be installed when I
get the engine ready to install.
I?ve also ordered and received lots of shiny
new engine parts to complete the engine
build. If anyone is interested ( call me for a
readable version of the chart below) , I have a
very detailed spreadsheet with all the possible
TR6 engine parts, sorted by supply warehouse
with links and prices for comparison. I used
Goodparts, Moss Motors, British Parts NW,
Roadster Factory, Ebay and some local and not
so local businesses.

Now, with so much extra time on my hands
waiting for the block and head, I decided to sand
and polish the intake manifold.

What a project! Halfway through, I started to
think this was a big mistake.
