  Hand  Soap  &  Sanitizer  –  Wash  your  hands  or  use  hand  sanitizer  randomly  2‐3  times
                         throughout  your  workday  and  before  contact  with  “high  touch”  items  or  communal
                         surfaces.

                       Gloves – Wear gloves to handle goods received from outside the office.  (i.e. Mail, keys,
                         vehicles, documents, packages or other items).

                       Hard Surface Cleaner & Disinfectant Wipes – To be used to disinfect communal surfaces
                         within the offices and other items or surfaces that have been exposed to outside parties.
                         (i.e. Vehicle surfaces prior to entry, Chairs, tables and door handles after office visitor).

                     4)  Office Visitors

                  While  JPLI  Team  Members  continue  to  work  remotely,  entry  into  our  office  by  Customers  and
                  other visitors will continue to be limited.

                  When office visitors are permitted to enter, they will be restricted to the front lobby and front
                  meeting room of each branch (i.e. Reception area and Think Tank in Toronto, Reception area and
                  Front Meeting room in Calgary and the Reception Areas for both Edmonton and Ottawa).

                  Upon arrival, Visitors will be asked to sign in, use hand sanitizer, maintain physical distancing and
                  wear a mask (if distancing is not possible).  After the meeting is completed, the JPLI Team Member
                  who hosted the visitor will be responsible to wipe down the area with hard surface cleaner (i.e.
                  Table and chairs, Door handles, pens etc.).

                     5)  Disinfect “High Touch” Surfaces

                  During  your  workday,  you  will  come  into  physical  contact  with  many  “high  touch”  objects  and
                  communal surfaces in the workplace.  These include (but are not limited to), the photocopier /
                  printer, water cooler, supply & filing cabinets, tables, chairs and kitchen appliances.


                  In order to minimize the potential spread of any infectious disease, you are required to either:

                       Use hand sanitizer before having contact with a high touch object or surface
                         or
                       Wipe it down after use. (Just like at the gym, use a wipe to disinfect the surface or object
                         after use).  Sanitizer and wipes will be placed in high traffic communal area for easy access
                         and use.


                  In addition, you should avoid contact with other Team Member’s belongings and workspace.
