IS IT REALLY ALL THAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE
Teacher: Why weren’t you in class yesterday?
Student: I had a game to play.
Teacher: A game? Why spend your time on that?
Student: (shrugs) It’s the fastest way to earn money.
Teacher: (raising an eyebrow) And that’s all life is to you? Just money?
Student: (calmly) Isn’t it? Money runs the world… and our lives.
Teacher: (pauses, voice low) If that’s all you see… then may God have mercy on
you.
