Guru Harkrishan Ji also healed many sick people who were afflicted with a
contagious disease of Smallpox. It is like “Chickenpox” but it is deadly. It
can kill and it can leave ugly marks all over the body of the person who
gets it. That’s why every time we do Ardas, we say,
“Sri Harkrishan Dhia-e-ye, Jis Dithay Sab Dukh Ja-ye”.
It means “Meditate on Guru Harkrishan Ji. By seeing Him, all the pain
vanishes and all the diseases are cured”. This line was written by Guru
Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Guru in Vaar Sri Bhagauti Ji.
