Now, tell me, DO YOU REALLY concentrate and focus on your customer and know everything there is to know about their business when they call you out of the blue and you are in the middle of doing something with your family or working with another client? Are they really getting THE WHOLE YOU when they get you? Does ANYONE get the whole you?
