Chart 4-13: Mind Control

         Mind Control is the ability infiltrate the mind of one or more living targets and alter their cognition and per-
         ception of reality.  Characters who learn Mind Control techniques may demonstrate the following proficien-
         cies against targets of the same or lower belt ranking.


          Thought Control– The ability to control one (1) human or non-human target for a short amount of time.

          Prerequisite: N/A

             10         Target Maximum= 1/2 User TR    Target controlled by player lasting 2 melee rounds

             20        Target Maximum= 3/4 User TR    Target controlled by player lasting 1D4 melee rounds
             30          Target Maximum= User TR         Target controlled by player lasting 1D6 melee rounds

         Mind Bend– The ability to make one (*1) human or non-human target believe they see a different image.

         Prerequisite: N/A

             20        Target Maximum= 1/2 user TR   All targets damage self for 1D4 melee rounds

          Minions– The ability to control up to three (3) human and/or non-human targets for a duration of time.
          Prerequisite: Apprentice
