Informal Ammunition Testing
• An informal test was conducted using 2 rounds of FX professional force-on-force ammunition fired into
wallboard at a distance of 15’ for comparison purposes with the existing air soft projectile wallboard
damage in the room and location where the victim was shot.
• Projectile damage was significantly less using professional FX ammunition, only denting the surface as
opposed to actual penetration as found at the training location where the victim was shot. This suggests
that the air soft projectiles are traveling at unsafe velocities.

Conclusion
• Subject Matter Expert Investigation and Detailed Report was in excess of 40
pages.
• The case was settled during depositions, more specifically when the
defendants were advised as to my report and as to what I was going to
testify.
