Harun Yahya (Adnan Oktar)

strat ed that the good news He in spired in our Prophet (saas)
               was true.
Al-Bukhari tells this sto ry from Abu Musa about Mecca's
               fall:
The Prophet said: "I dreamed that I waved a sword and
that it broke in the mid dle. That sym bol ized the cas u al ties that
the be liev ers suf fered on the Day of Uhud. Then I waved the

sword again, and it be came bet ter than it had ev er been be fore.
That sym bol ized the open ing (of Mecca to Islam), which Allah
brought about, and the gath er ing of the be liev ers." 65
However, if we look at Surat al-Fath 27, we see that an oth -
er city will fall be fore Mecca. According to the Qur'an, Muslims
first took Khaybar's cas tle, which had been a Jewish strong -
hold, and then took Mecca. Tafsir al-Jalalayn ex plains this verse

               as fol lows:
In the year of Hudaybiyyah be fore set ting out, the
Messenger of Allah dreamed that he and his Companions were
en ter ing Mecca and shav ing and cut ting their hair. He told his
Companions about this, and they re joiced. So when they went
out with him and the un be liev ers blocked them at
Hudaybiyyah and they re turned, it was hard for them. Some of
the hyp o crites fell in to doubt. But then it was re vealed: "[He
knew what you did not know and or dained, in place of this,]

an im mi nent vic to ry," which was the open ing of Khaybar to
Islam. And the dream came true the very next year. 66
Eight years aft er leav ing it, our Prophet (saas) re turned to
Mecca to con quer it. When he gave this good news to the be -
liev ers, the sit u a tion was not at all fa vor a ble. In fact, the
Meccans seemed de ter mined not to al low the be liev ers in, be -
cause they still doubt ed our Prophet's (saas) words. But he
