PORTENTS AND FEATURES OF THE MAHDI'S COMING
The post-war city of Hiroshima.
In the Qur'an, Allah states that many peo ples have
been destroyed:
So look at the end result of all their plot ting: We utter -
ly destroyed them and their peo ple. These are the
ruins of their hous es because of the wrong they did.
There is cer tain ly a Sign in that for peo ple with knowl -
edge. (Surat an-Naml, 51-52)
How many cit ies We have destroyed that lived in
inso lent ingrat i tude. There are their hous es, never
again inhab it ed after them, except a lit tle. It was We
Who were their Heir. (Surat al-Qasas, 58)
Those cit ies: We destroyed them when they did
wrong and fixed a prom ised time for their destruc -
tion. (Surat al-Kahf, 59)
