V. IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF THE GUIDANCE PROGRAM

The existence of a Guidance Program is necessary to effectively render the different
guidance services offered by the Guidance and Counseling Section to its clienteles. Its
implementation shall incorporate the different services and activities covered in the
chart of program of the center.

As to evaluation, the Guidance Program shall be evaluated annually to determine the
extent to which the objectives are being attained and to provide a periodic check on the
effectiveness of the guidance program as basis for devising remedial measures which
are of vital importance in strengthening the program. The Guidance Program
Evaluation Scale concerning the different guidance services can be utilized as a tool to
make evaluation possible.
