M tells me her

we decided to
head for the B

& B which is
called Castle

View (£12 per night each).

We are pleased that it does have a view of a castle (the other
side of the one I had photographed with the cows). We hadn’t

realized we were so close. We have been up way too long but
had heard the best way to avoid jet lag is wait till time to go to

bed in the new time zone so that is what we do and it works.
