a) they have been continuously enrolled in the NWF group medical and/or dental
                     insurance plans for at least one year (12-months) prior to termination date;
                 b) they are Age 55 or older;

                 c) they have a minimum of ten (10) years continuous eligible service with NWF and
                     can satisfy the “Rule of 70” (age and service equals or exceeds  70); and
                 d) they maintain prompt payment of retiree medical and/or dental insurance
                     monthly premiums associated with the enrolled plan elected.


          • NWF Retiree Group Term Life Insurance: Upon retirement, eligible employees will

              receive a $5,000 term life insurance policy paid by NWF, provided:
                 a) they are Age 55 or older; and



                 b) they have a minimum of ten (10) years continuous eligible service with NWF and
                     can satisfy the “Rule of 70” (age and service equals or exceeds 70).


          • Complimentary NWF Magazines:  Upon retirement, employees with a minimum of ten
              (10) years’ service will receive life-time magazine subscriptions to National Wildlife and
              Ranger Rick.  This benefit is provided whether or not the retiree can satisfy the “Rule of
              70”.



          • NWF Merchandise Discount:  Upon retirement, eligible employees with a minimum of
              ten (10) years’ service will continue to receive the NWF employee discount for any
              future NWF catalogue purchases.  This benefit is provided whether or not the retiree
              can satisfy the “Rule of 70”.

       As soon as Supervisors are notified by an employee of the intention to retire and a specific

       date has been determined, this information shall be immediately provided to the Human
       Resources Department.


       The NWF Plan Administrator shall have the sole responsibility for interpretation and
       enforcement of this NWF.



       Vacation Leave



       The National Wildlife Federation recognizes the need for employees to relax and enjoy a
       change of pace from their daily work routine.  NWF believes an employee's morale, health,
       and job performance can be improved by offering periodic days off.  The Vacation Leave
       Policy is designed to provide the resources to allow employees to take this time off.


       All active Regular employees, who work at least twenty (20) hours per week, are eligible for
       benefits under this policy.


       A regular full-time employee working 80 hours biweekly will accrue vacation leave according

       to this schedule:
