Adoption Reimbursement

We are mindful that employees build their families in many ways. To live up to our value of
inclusivity, we are pleased to provide adoption benefits to all regular full- and part-time
          employees.

Our adoption benefits policy provides $2,500 (taxable) financial reimbursement. To receive the

gender. Types of adoption include domestic adoption, international adoption, foster care
          adoption, and transracial adoption.

Our FMLA plan includes coverage for the placement of a child for adoption or foster cacare.

          Retirement Honoria Policy

The National Wildlife Federation wishes to establish a uniform policy of special recognition for
career service. The Retirement Honoraria is designed to be a token of appreciation for
dedicated service given at termination of employment, rather than a benefit earned by the

Employee and contributed to by the Employer over the course of service.

All active regular full-time and regular part-time employees working a fixed schedule of
twenty (20) hours per week or more who terminate employment at age fifty-five (55) or older,
with at least fifteen (15) years of continuous service are eligible for benefits under this NWF
          Retirement Honoraria Policy.

Under the Retirement Honoraria Policy a “year” is defined as a full year of employment,
counted from the date of the individual’s first day of work (or Adjusted Hire Date if different
from original employment date) until the same date of the next year. Each succeeding year
would be from anniversary date to anniversary date.

Recognition shall be in the form of a check in the amount of $2,000. This amount will be
considered taxable income and appropriate payroll taxes will be withheld.

Employees who meet the eligibility requirements detailed below are eligible for the following
          additional Retiree benefits:

         • NWF Retiree Group Health Insurance: Upon retirement, eligible employees will have the
option to elect continued coverage through the NWF Retiree group medical and/or
