CAFÉ PRAISE, Swanage

Since we now have two successful
meetings under our belt, we’re
hoping Café Praise will become a
regular and much-loved feature of
church-life. The informal fellowship
event happens on the first Sunday of
most months, beginning at 7 pm. This means that the next service

is on 6 November. Our Christmas event is likely to be combined
with other activities at church for the Festive Season. Furthermore,

the first Sunday of the month in January falls on the 1 . We think
people may be busy elsewhere! Thus, 2023’s Café Praise

sessions will recommence on 5 February.

What is ‘Café Praise’? Our events are an opportunity for fellow-
ship and to worship more informally, in a café-like environment –
complete with refreshments. In the first session, we learned and
shared together about the strength of having three friends working
together in agreement, or the power of having three core values to
guide your life by. In the second session, we discovered more
about each person’s unique talents - and how diversity is
the 'secret sauce' that makes every church work.
