CITIZEN AM BASSADORS &

                 ENGAGEM ENT



                  Citizen Ambassadors (CAs) enable the work of SIF by volunteering their time, talent
                  and treasures to support our programmes. To ensure that SIF?s work continues to
                  thrive, the CA team will rejuvenat e and grow SIF?s pipeline of diverse, engaged and
                  vibrant  cit izen ambassadors. Work is underway to refine the categorisation of CAs in
                  our Customer Relationship Management system for more targeted engagement
                  initiatives.



                  For Friends of Singapore, we will drive re-engagement  effort s t hrough SIF Connect s! as well as via
                  digital initiatives. We plan to leverage the Singapore Cooperation Centres to organise SIF Connects! in
                  CLMV countries. We will review and curate content to engage our FOS as well as create opportunities
                  to build new networks.
