Another important outcome of SIF?s work is building Posit ive Mindshare for Singapore. Through
                    our programmes, we will:

                       - Generate $25 million of free and posit ive press over five years that positions
Singaporeans as a ?responsible global citizens?.

                       - Expand our international reach and depth of engagement via our digital and social
media efforts to create posit ive mindset and behavioral change, such as association
                           with Singapore and action taken.

                       - Achieve percept ion change in post programme surveys where:

                           - 8 in 10 respondents indicate having gained a better understanding of Singapore.
                           - 7 in 10 respondents indicate having higher levels of trust in people from Singapore.

SIF?s suite of international exchange and development-oriented programmes are purpose built
to deliver on strategic outcomes of positive mindshare and global networks for Singapore. For
that to happen, our programmes must deliver social value. Hence, the effective measurement
and communication of social out comes achieved by SIF programmes are critical. We will
                    endeavour to:

                       - Sharpen our social impact indices through programme audits, community surveys,
measuring behavioural change, capturing anecdote of transformational change,
leveraging synergies across programmes for contribution to specific SDGs, etc.

                       - Enhance project management excellence via projects delivered on time and on
budget, cost sharing ratios and partner satisfaction surveys.

The revised SIF scorecard and Year-5 (FY24/25) targets are at Annex A and B respectively.
