the music I want to make and I feel like it's the reason I was put here on this planet,
is to play guitar. That's what I'm going to do.
BiTS: That's absolutely wonderful. Do you have a family?
ML: I have a wife. Yes, my beautiful wife Lydia, and then a dog [laughs] who’s at my
side now listening to every word of this conversation.
BiTS: But no kids, I gather from what you say?
ML: No, no, just the dog. Just Jackson.
BiTS: Okay, that means you can go travelling whenever you want to really.
ML: Yeah, that's the thing. The wife having her career doesn't really warrant a lot
of time for children or anything like that either. So we're both very understanding
of when we need to be away.
BiTS: Mitch, thank you very much indeed for talking to me. It's been very interesting
indeed, especially the stuff about Walter Trout and about the new album, and
congratulations on it. I think it's absolutely terrific. I've listened to it only once, but
I shall go back to it more.
ML: Well, thank you for giving me a call and for wanting to speak to me. I'm glad
you liked the album and thank you.
BiTS: You look after yourself. Have a good day.
ML: You too. All the best.
BiTS: Bye-bye then. Bye.
