        ESC 3 will serve as an administration site for Credit by Exam during two of the four required testing windows. The test
        sessions meet the requirements of TAC§74.24 for students to test out of a grade level or subject. ESC 3, in conjunction
        with the University of Texas (UT), has entered into an agreement to administer the UT tests at ESC 3. UT at Austin will
        report exam scores to districts.

          dyslexia and 504


        The Dyslexia and 504 service is designed to provide professional development and technical assistance to districts.
        This service provides instructional research-based strategies, updates for compliance with Texas dyslexia laws, and 504
        legal updates.
