❖ What did you do wrong?

I didn’t prepare for the internship. During the internship, I waited for my mentor to guide me, instead, I should
have started working. I hesitated when the mentor offered to change accommodation. I didn’t have a proper
plan to execute the project

❖ What did you do right?

Luckily I got a good mentor, he understood mine situation and guided well. More the chasing deliverables, I
tried to understand the process, business as well as loop holes in the system and how it could be improved.

❖ What are the things to keep in mind in the internship?
1. Forget about the results, focus on learning
2. Instead of refusing, explore new opportunities
3. Learn about challenges of company & how to overcome that

❖ What pre-internship preparation do you suggest for juniors?

1. Excel skills
2. Power Point Presentation (Animation)

1. Don’t get embarrassed to ask questions
